is it possible to make a transaction in web api? i have searched google,but there is no anwser yet.how do i make a transaction in web api?my database is sql server

Just use transaction in the stored procedures.  easier than putting it in c# code

however  stored procedures seems not support array

DECLARE @MyArray varchar(50)
SET @MyArray = "this|is|a|pipe|delimited|string"

or pass @MyArray from c# code

you can make a function that will accept raw string and output a table, with each item as a row.  you can google for this
