How to resolve SCCM Client Installation error 0x80070643?

Please find below log, I tried rebuilding WMI, by resetting the repository and registering all DLL files, but no luck, any solution to resolve the issue really appriciated

MicrosoftPolicyPlatformSetup.msi is failing to install.  On one computer with this error, some tech had installed some type of malware protection program which prevented the installation of new services.  As soon as that was taken off, CCMSETUP kicked off just fine.  On another PC, it had some type of weird permission issue where I couldn't install things as local administrator and I ended up replacing the computer and nuking the old hard drive.

Yes. The event viewer shows some permission issue regards to wmi and system account.

I tried below commands today and restarted the computer, Issue resolved

sc config winmgmt start= disabled
net stop winmgmt /y
%systemdrive%
cd %windir%\system32\wbem
For /f %%s in ('dir /b *.dll') do regsvr32 /s %%s
wmiprvse /regserver
winmgmt /regserver
net start winmgmt
for /f %%s in ('dir /b *.mof *.mfl') do mofcomp %%s
exit
