Lotus Notes 8.5

I have a 8.5 notes server that is a standalone server that is only used for Notes Applications -  There is no email facilities setup or attached to this server. The problem is that all the id's created including the administrator has expiry dates.
How can I extend the expiry dates for all ID's without having the ability to email the request? More importantly how do I extend the Adminstrators id expiry date as well

Do that directly in the People view in the address book on the server. For the local ID files, use the Admin Client to manually recertify the .id files, then put the updated ID files on the user's computers.
