Hello Experts,

I would like to allow a user to enter his/her Email Address if they are interested in signing up for a Newsletter on my website. But I also want them to be able to "Unsubscribe" me if they choose to.

Below are the requirements that I need:
 - Collect/View/Modify collected Emails
 - Ability to email Newsletter to everyone who signs up (Mass Email)
 - Give user the ability to "Unsubscribe" from the Newsletter if they choose to

Is there an online service that I can use and implement that into my website? If so, who? If there are free services out there then that would be better as I'm starting out from nothing.

Start with MailChimp.  It's free up to the first 2,000 subscribers and is a rock-solid service.
