I recreated the content index on the 2010 prio to the migration. The 2013 is a new install. The 2010 box does not appear to be taxed.

I am migrating a client from exchange 2010 to exchange 2013. &nbsp;The mailbox move is taking an extremely long time. &nbsp;The logs for the mailboxes site this error every little while Relinquishing job because of large delays due to unfavorable server health or budget limitations.<br />

The 2013 is on a hyper-v vm with 32gb of ram and 4 processors. &nbsp;I turned off VMQ on the network adapters. &nbsp;Ping speeds and file transfers from the old server are running without issue. &nbsp;<br />
