Need project management tool with drag and calculate

Is anyone aware of some sort of project management tool or software that will allow me to drag or slide a project across a time table.  The projects have attributes such as team members and time allotments per team member.  All projects that are over a certain time table, calculate their combined attributes so I can see if a team member is overloaded and I need to move the project around.

Hi,

you can do this very easily in Microsoft Project. Just create a new "project" (file) and enter a task for every project as shown in your sample picture. Then assign the resources as needed and move the tasks left and right to adjust the dates. An additional function is a "split screen" where you see the bars on top and the resource allocation - and over-allocation - as a graph below.
