How can we perform data fix in an oracle dba job.

Can you provide more information about what you are trying to do?

If I had to guess:  Fix from data and schedule it to run after hours.

If so:
Create a pl/sql script that does the fix and use dbms_scheduler with the job_type of plsql_block:

There are tons of examples out there.
