Uninstall PHP from Web Plataform Installer 5.0

I installed PHP using Web Platform Installer 5.0 but then I had to uninstall IIS and resintall it, my issue with IIS was fixed but now PHP won't work.

I am trying to uninstall PHP so I can reinstall it again but there is no option to uninstall in Web Plataform, it simply displays it as installed.

How can I uninstall it to then reinstall it.

I would install PHP Manager for IIS.  With this, you can register a new PHP installation (or re-register an existing installation).
