Delayed Delivery emails are missing

I have a user who delay delivered about 30 individual emails for last Friday (1/2/2015). However, she was not logged into the computer when they were supposed to be sent. She logged in this morning. The emails are not in her sent, nor drafts, or outbox.

Any ideas where these would be located?

delay delivery is a Outlook function, not exchange function.
it must stay on to deliver the email
If you can't find it in Outlook, that means there is a crash half way and things did not sync up to exchange server.
you can verify that by checking messagetracking log and confirm those email do not reach the servers.

There is virtually nothing you can do because all cached doc should be gone by now.
one thing you might want to try is to see whether it is in the sync issues folder or delete folder.

also verify whether you have in-place hold for exchange 2013 (rare case to have this)
