How to fix a licensed copy of Microsoft Office 2013 that keeps appearing as an unlicensed copy

One of my user when opens Office 2013 keeps receives a message from Microsoft Activation Wizard saying that" This copy of Microsoft Office is not activated" while it was actually activated as it shows in File-->Account.

Any idea where the issue is?

Thank you.

1-.Make sure all Office programs are closed. This will ensure the script runs properly.

2. Open the Command Prompt as Administrator. Click Start and in the search field type "Command" and right click the Command Prompt to Run as Administrator.

3. Navigate to the Office Installation folder %ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office15\

Depending on whether the install is 32bit or 64bit will determine its location.

4. Run "cscript ospp.vbs /act".

The output should end with "Product Activation Successful".

Thank you for your help...
I saw that solution on Internet but I cannot locate the ospp file in the Office15 folder. I even searched for it and made sure all files are not hidden. Now, we do not use Office 365, we use home and business 2013 version....would that be the reason?
