Speed Typing

I am running MS Office 2013 on my Windows 7 computer.  All of a sudden I've started getting a pop-up offering me to set up my "Speed Typing".  I don't know where it came from, but it seems to be a Microsoft applet.  I can't find it to uninstall under Programs, and would really like it to stop bothering me.  See the attached screenshot of the pop-up.

There is a program called Speed Typing
http://speed-typing.en.softonic.com/
I do not use it and cannot vouch for its safety.

Look in your Download folder to see if you have downloaded it or in your Program Files folder to see if it is (partly) installed.  And look in your IE or Word Add-Ons to see if you can find anything related.

Could you have downloaded that?

However, you also should scan with your antivirus and antimalware apps.

Some people call AutoCorrect or AutoText (shortcuts to words or phrases) apps speed typing.
