Hi,

This is a server side problem. So Instead of tryig to do it in zarafa logon to the server as the user you want to forward mails. Then create this .procmail file in the user home directory with contents:

:0
! forwarded@acme.com

Save and quit. This should redirect all mails to a user to another one.

Hi
You are talking about me logging in as a user to a Linux server that is hosting Zarafa?

Yes Exactly. You have your Linux Server which hosts your MTA (Postfix) and your MUA (Zarafa). Since Zarafa is your MUA and this is a task which must be accomplished by the MTA you'll do it by logging into the Linux server.

We need to setup forwards on some accounts and verify forwards on some other accounts. I'm not sure I have root access but have users passwords or can change them. Can you help us and possibly show us how you manage it? If we do have root access would there be a way to install Managment copy? We might need help later on migrating to Gmail or Office365. We can pay you hourly.
