Sending Email to recipients based on a list of Email addresses

I'm not into mass marketing campaigns.  However, I have a list with around 1200 Email addresses belonging to previous guests at our bed and breakfast over the past fifteen years.  I'd like to send them an Email with a coupon for a discounted stay, if they choose to return to our establishment.   My Email client is Outlook 2007.  The Email addresses presently reside in a Microsoft Works 2000 database, but I think they could be easily copied to another type of file.  I'd appreciate guidance with this project.

Thank you.  I signed up for a free account, and uploaded the Email list.  Mailchimp declined to send the campaign unless I have the recipients opt in by contacting them outside of Mailchimp.  The recipients on that list are all past guests, who furnished those addresses during the process of making a reservation at our B&B.

However, Constant Comment has a more liberal policy.  They just ask the sender to verify that the recipients have connected with the sender's business through a prior transaction.  So I used that service, and it worked fine.

Thank you for recommending a 3rd party solution.
