I am trying to help someone at work with their Ipad. We use Citrix to get our email and stuff like that on personal devices like Ipads, and non-corporate owned computers.
So this person has an Ipad, it's pretty new, I think he just recently got it, and he went to the app store and got the Citrix receiver. He is able to sign into Citrix but one of our company apps ( I work at a hospital, it's called Meditech ) doesn't display. A different person I work with has an Ipad, which is older, I think one of the first that came out, and Meditech works fine on his.
So, has anyone had problems with apps on an Ipad, and if so, is there kind of a check list I could go through? Like video settings, or network settings?

Meditech can be an awkward application to work with, especially through Citrix. I would advise ringing through to your helpdesk and they should be able to assist.
