Not receiving email from my external Client

Hi,

I am new on this forum. I have problem looking expert help.  how I can check stuck email in exchange 2007. or undelivered email in exchange 2007. Few of user in my company not getting email from one of our external email address. for example user used to generate report using third party  web site and then it automatic send email to user using email address. e.g Clientmanagement@xxx.com


I have checked Spam filtering system nothing is there. please help how to track email or message delivery in Exchange 2007

You can use Toolbox (Exchange Management console - Toolbox),  where you can view queues, track message flow, etc. Very good article you can find here:

Hi,
Many thanks for replay.  it is realy help full but when in use Queue viewer I am geting error message ( the queue viewer on computer has faild  with an exception " Access Denied"

You should be in Exchange Organization Administrators group:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc505925.aspx
May be Exchange View-Only Administrators will be enough, but in this case you will not be able to clean queues
