Not receiving email from my external Client

I am new on this forum. I have problem looking expert help. how I can check stuck email in exchange 2007. or undelivered email in exchange 2007. Few of user in my company not getting email from one of our external email address. for example user used to generate report using third party web site and then it automatic send email to user using email address. e.g Clientmanagement@xxx.com
I have checked Spam filtering system nothing is there. please help how to track email or message delivery in Exchange 2007
