Hi Italiabella,

Here are some examples:

http://www.utexas.edu/its/sla/sla.php?id=1649
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc543293.aspx
http://www.cogentco.com/files/docs/network/performance/global_sla.pdf
http://www.itdonut.co.uk/sites/default/files/example%20service%20level%20agreement_edited.docx

To be perfectly honest, all I did was Google "sample sla" first and then "sample sla for network support" second, since I know that your possible client wants you to take care of his network. You should do the Google search yourself to see if any other hits are better for your purposes than the ones I posted above.

When you find an SLA that you're happy with as a starting point, I'll be glad to help you fine tune it for your prospective client. Regards, Joe

Awesome !!! I will do that. Yes I know that there will be a lot of correction and revision and this is truly my priority now. Client is waiting. I am only busy because this week end I am opening the two clubs...

thanks a lot Joe,

You are a very busy lady! Good luck with K Latin Lounge on Friday and Barcode on Saturday. I hope they are both huge successes! When you're ready to work on the SLA, let me know and I'll be glad to help. Regards, Joe

It must be starting from tomorrow :) due to the clubs I have already postponed a way too much. Also, I had no idea where to start. Now thanks to you I will start somewhere...thank you.

I will read through them and customized them for my little tiny client. It has only 8 desktops but it's my first business therefore the more important.
