How to pull all user entered contacts from exchange mailboxes

I am looking for a way to pull all contacts that users have entered in Outlook via the EMC and empty them into either a PST file or into a CSV file ( A CSV file would be preferred if possible.) I want something that will process all mailboxes VS doing each one individually.

You can accomplish this using Powershell. See the below command for details...
The below script will get all mailboxes, export the contacts only and put store them in a PST file
foreach ($Mailbox in (Get-Mailbox)) {
New-MailboxExportRequest -Mailbox $Mailbox -FilePath “c:\pstfiles\$($Mailbox.Alias).pst” -IncludeFolders “#Contacts#” -ExcludeDumpster
}
