A Device attached to the system is not functioning

I was logged into a Citrix session and closed it right away. I re-opened it and now I only get

"A Device attached to the system is not functioning"

I logged into another session using another account and killed the user session but still can't log in.

What else can I try.

did you installed all the latest rollup packs? If not install the same and give a try.

There was another server with the session logged in
