Webmaster tools won't be affected by robots.txt (technically, you are asking about PageSpeed Insights), it will just keep you out of the index. &nbsp;So things like index placement, index speed, etc. will not work, but the rest of the suite will.

We are launching a new website, and would like to use Google Webmaster Tools, for such things as speed testing, mobile accessibility etc, but don't want the site to be listed in Googles search results (until we are ready to launch)<br />
