Some users not receiving non delivery reports.

Hi,

Can you please help me with this question. I got reports from our users that they are not receiving non delivery reports. I checked Exchange 2010 and the Non delivery Reports are enabled on the Default domain.

The users use alot of shared mailboxes and have stated they need to receive these delivery reports.

I've attached a screenshot of after running the "get-remotedomain" cmdlet.

internal or external if you are facing an issue with internal i would suggest you to check anti virus it might be possible they are blocking some emails


if its is external you will have to check your getway rules .

I've just been double checking with user it looks like it might be internal. They are trying to send test email messages to an incorrect external domain name. I just tested and I got an undeliverable message.

Yep it was a TLS problem on our email gateway systems
