If I have two EMC VNX units. Does Unisphere come built into those systems? If Unisphere comes with those VNX systems I should be able to go into the mirror and replication tab and setup a timed schedule correct?

Unisphere is the management console for EMC VNX platform as well as other storage in their portfolio. The replication is an add on. Here is some products of replication that are supported with VNX by emc.
VNX replicator, Recoverpoint,  Mirrorview, SRDF, Vplex replication manager.
Hope this helps.
