OK. Take a look at the uploaded example:

1. All fields related to the Individual name and contact info have been moved to Dependents. There's no need to duplicate the fields in both tables.

2. A new relationship has been added called "Primary Insured" that links the Insured record to the Primary record in dependents. Take a look at the relationship which has two predicates: zk_InsuredID and zk_Constant (which is a 1) to Dependents::PrimaryInsured which is also a 1 when it is checked.

3. The name and address fields on the Insured record now are from the Dependents table using the PrimaryInsured relationship. When you create a new Insured record you can fill in the name address fields and it will immediately create a new Dependent record marked as Primary.
