Uhm, your question is not so clear. Let me guess: it looks like you want embed an image within a php script and send the script to the customer so he can view the image. If so, it's just impossible: php is a scripting language so you can't produce a program, like a Windows executable, with an embedded image.<br />
You can create a php page which display an image and sent to the customer a link to that page, o he can see it and even download it using the standard function of the right mouse button.<br />
