Drag or copy past image to asp.net web page

I don't know how to allow users of my asp.net web page to copy and paste or drag images to the page that will stored via database.  I can retrieve images (byte) from the database by using a procedure to load specific images from a users file, but how do I allow a user to copy and past an image directly to the page and save that image (bytes) in the database?
