Why HP 7520 loses nework connection when scanning with both MAC and PC

I have a Windows 7 and Maverick Mac Book Pro,  In the middle of scanning using the wireless features of HP 7520 all in one printer, it disconnects from network.  It scans once and then it generated an error message. I have attached a print screen of the error message when I use the diagnostic.  I have uninstalled and installed the software and rebooted the both printer and computer.   The printer works once after I have  re installed the hp software.  I have updated it.  The photos print out well once after I reboot.  Then it has too much green and the photos look terrible.  I have replaced the ink cartridges.  This is the most unreliable all in one printer that I have ever owned.
Any advice.

1) Uninstalling and reinstalling software almost never fixes anything!  Things like preferences and properties don't get deleted so .......
2)  If at all possible, a wired network connection is 20 times more reliable than a wireless, especially with printers.
3) For your Mac, read this: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/6036355

Thanks for the Apple reference.  I did that in the past with preferences. It fixed the color saturation for a short period of time.
I expect that connecting it would fix the problem.  However, it would be much more convenient if I could use the wireless function.   Color photos have too much green where perhaps other colors would be better.  It ruins the photo and it does not look anything like the original.  It does this on iPad, Android phone, and both computers.
You did not address that issue in the question.   Any suggestions for this.  This is the worse printer I have ever owned.  It should just work.  When it does, it is great.  Unfortunately, it is too unreliable.  I have always had good luck with HP.  I should have gotten an Epson.

I did not get a good solution for the wireless function.  He did not answer the color photo problem.  I did not put in comments for him to respond because when I clicked on the link from my email, there was no place.  I did not realize that I had to sign in before I could respond.  The other problem I had was for some reason, accept as solution was already checked and so was accept multiple solutions.  I tried clicking on these selections to uncheck them, I was unsuccessful.
I have been a member for years and have never had any problem until now.   I am not sure what I did to cause this problem.  I will still continue you as you have been very helpful over the years.
Thanks.
