Hi,
I remember there is one Google forum to resolving the problems but I cannot find it out. Can you please advise to this?

which problems are you referring to?
out of the blue, I think you are referring to the google answers page...

Google Answers was an online ... and it was fully closed to new activity by late December 2006, although its archives remain available

I mean there was one Forum web-site for Technical problem and that site was originated by Google.
