How to prevent other users from disconnecting you from Apple TV with Airplay

We have a conference room with large screen tavs hooked to an Apple TV using Airplay to do presentations and it works great.  The only issue is that some times it appears some users iPad will disconnect the current user, and then the user will have to reconnect which works.  While it uses a password multiple people have the password for the Apple TV already on their iPad.  Is there anyway to lock another iOS user out of an airplay session so this does not happen?  Or what workarounds do you recommend?

Thanks
Paul

You could change the password before each presentation or after each presentation have them remove their saved password settings for the presentation. That way another user doesn't walk by and auto connect. I think the second one would be easier than changing the password all the time. This would be a simple procedure and I don't think their is a way to limit who is connected unless their is an option to not let a user be dissconected (or not to connect someone if someone is already connected) if their is I don't know where you would set that but you could poke around and look for a setting like that on the device.
