Outlook error

Hi we are getting a user that keeps getting a "configure the default e-mail client" when the user logs on to there machine. When they click the ok button on the message it goes away and the user can open up outlook with no issues.  We upgraded from 2010 to office 2013

Do you have roaming profile for your users?
if yes, please check whether it loads Temp profile every time.

Is it happening for only one user?
If yes, please ask the user to login to different computer and check.

Also check the IE settings for Default Email client.

2 users who were upgraded, I went into IE and set the default and it is still popping up but it does not popup again if the user stays logged in only when the user signs fully out and it does not effect outlook in anyway
