how to create ID for my company

My company have Apple ID, now we want to create the Developer ID, but we are facing with this error :
The information you´ve entered was not accepted. To continue, correct your organization information in the field bellow.

But Every field is correct.

Have you joined either or both Development programs. For Developing iOS application you must join the iOS Development Program or for developing desktop Mac program the Mac Development Program. Please see the respective links.
