Hello and Good Evening Everyone

I am needing help in playing back a video within Windows Media Player of Windows 7.  Whenever the clip plays back,  I get audio output without the video.  The format of the audio-video clip is MP4 or .mp4.  If more information is needed, please feel free to ask and I will furnish it as soon as possible.

I look forward to hearing from everybody regarding possible solutions to this concern.

           Thank you

You might require a codec to play the video.  Here is the MS site that might help: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/codecs-frequently-asked-questions#codecs-frequently-asked-questions=windows-8

One option I have seen is DivX: http://www.divx.com/divx/windows/

Hello and Good Evening

Thank you so much for your shared input and especially the direct download link to DivX or http://www.divx.com/divx/windows/.  Following the successful download and installation of DivX, I simply right-clicked on the problem clip and selected Open with DivX.  To my pleasant surprise, the audio-video clip opened up without any problems.

Thanks again for a job so well done.
