xp_sendmail fails sql 2000

We changed the ip address of our exchange server yesterday, now we have error xp_sendmail: failed with mail error 0x80040115   How can we address this?

You should setup SQL Mail in order to set the new mail server address. The problem is: SQL is pointing to the old address.

We have not done this where do we set this up enterprise manager?
