Copy data in Excel rows to formulas in columns

We have a spreadsheet with massive data based in rows like this:
Item 1, a, b, c, d, e, f, g
Item 2, h, i, j, k, l, m, n
Item 3, o, p, q, r, s, t, u

We want to formulaically transpose the data onto another sheet, but in columns (not copy/paste)

Item 1, Item 2, Item 3
a, h, o
b, i, p
c, j, q
d, k, r
e, l, s
f, m, t
g, n, u

Looking for help on writing that formula so that it can be easily copied
