I have a worker who has been getting very distracted with all sorts of non work related material (carefuly restrained understatement). We need to add accountability to his work day with some sort of monitoring software. that he will be unable to disable. maybe screenshots that get emailed to us etc. etc. does anyone have experience with this sort of situation and used some software under $100 that was effective? and cannot be circumvented or diabled ?
