iCloud document synching

I have a computer at home and one at work.  I set up iCloud Drive on both PC's.  I think I did everything the same.  However, when I move files to the folder on my home PC, I can see the documents at work.  However, if I load files from  my work PC, they are not visible at home.  I'm almost positive everything is set up the same.  :-(

I didn't do anything (that I'm aware of) and it suddenly started working today.  I uploaded a LOAD LOAD LOAD of data so maybe it just took a long time to synch.  Then again, that wouldn't explain how I could see it at work and not at home if it is all online.

It didn't actually fix it.  It moved all of the folders over but none of the files.
