"could not be updated" outlook Calendar issue

Dears,

Two users in a domain. one ( Windows ) unable to see other calendar ( MAC computer)  , error message "could not be updated" ?

Any idea how I can fix that ?

If you are trying to access Shared calendar of other user and getting this error. Then first thing to check is Windows User has permission on Mac User Calendar.

The user owner of that calendar but still getting error message
