Hello,

i have an issues in power shell which prevent EMC to lunch:-


 ws-management service does not support your request  

it occurs  right after upgrade to Exchange 2010 SP3, please advise.

Have you tried to restart the MSExchangePowerShellAppPool or restart IIS?

Also, have you checked the event viewer to see what errors or warning messages are coming up?

Yes also i have tried  many suggested solutions but still the isuue i reinstall SP3 agian and recreate powershell virtual directory enable  the quick configurations for ws service also during troubleshooting no clear related log for the issue ,please advise.

If you have exhausted all of the methods to get the EMS and EMC back online then you might be in a situation where you will have to recover the Exchange server using the recover switch from a fresh install. High level steps below...
- install fresh Exchange server (2010 SP3 media)
- give the same IP and computer name to this machine
- reset the AD computer account
- Make sure that all drive letters etc are the same
- Run Setup.com /M:RecoverServer (from the media)

I have planned for this recovery to restore it from A.D but i want to make it the last step because all services are running except EMC.  So Im afraid of single point of faliure because ihave more than 8000 mail boxes and more than 40 integrated service also using the Exchange for notification and other matters , thanks Will .

it's the best straight forward and clean solution to fix Ws-management issue as it recoverd all configuration from A.D after trying many suggested solutions .
