Personally, I've got a Jawbone Up 24 band, and it monitors my sleep and daytime movements. The drawback it has is you have remember to tell it when you're ready to go to sleep, and tell it when you wake. Other than that, it's giving me indications of how many times I'm waking, how much deep and light sleep I get, how long it's taken me to fall asleep. The band has an app that works with both apple and android.

The FitBit bands, Garmin Vivofits also do similar things, and I suspect any of them will fulfill your requirements
