Hi, I'm running cvsnt 2.5.03.2382 on windows server 2008.
The services were started but when I try to open then Cvs control panel ("C:\Program Files\CVSNT\simcpl.cpl") nothing happen.  
In the event viewer I see this error:

Activation context generation failed for "C:\Program Files\CVSNT\cvsnt.cpl".
Error in manifest or policy file "C:\Program Files\CVSNT\cvsnt.cpl" on line 21. The value "asInvoked" of attribute "level" in
element "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:asm.v1^requestedPrivileges" is invalid.

Hi systematica,

this seems to be a type, asInvoked is not a valid name here, it should be asInvoker instead - see http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.comp.version-control.cvs.windows-nt.user/5558 about how to workaround this.
