Exchange Server/Lync/Outlook 2013 - thumbnail images of the people in my org do not display in Outlook or Lync. My thumbnail does show up in the Lync client but not Outlook.

Lync-Options-General - show pictures of contacts is checked, and Lync-Options-Contacts List - display my contacts with contact name and picture (2 lines) is selected so I'm out of ideas.

Nailed it. It was turned off in Outlook-Options-People. Fixed it in Outlook and Lync. Thanks.
