We have a custom developed workflow in Sharepoint 2010, utilizing a form that was created in Infopath. Unfortunately the person that created this a couple years ago is now gone. I had to update a specific section on the form from radial buttons to a drop down box.

I created a new list sharepoint list and added my 3 entries, I then went to the form, removed the radial buttons created a new drop down field and added the connection back to the sharepoint list. I published the new form and tested, everything was working great until I was notified that they had a custom view that this field was no visible. No matter what I cannot get this column to show up in custom view with the populated values from the form.

What am I missing?

Thank you

I found the answer.

I had created everything correctly but I did not go into the Form Options, Property Promotions and add the new field. Once I did that and saved the form and published I column was successfully add so I could modify and create new views with the correct data being retrieved
