Is there a routine maint. I need to do to my QuickBooks?
it's starting to run slow

QuickBooks 2013 is out of support.

Open QuickBooks, Help, Update QuickBooks. See if it will update.

QB2014 and QB2015 do have performance upgrades.

Also, make a local copy of your company file and run it locally. Is this faster?  It could be that the ledger is getting larger.

You can try running a Rebuild of the ledger to compact it and this may help. Do this locally and make sure QB is NOT being used when trying the above. After rebuilding you can restore the ledger to the server.
