How do I get Cisco IP Communicator to work with Xenapp 7.6?

As anyone configured Cisco IP Communicator on Xen App 6.5 or 7.x without actually streaming it?  do you know of any special configurations that need to be made?  I know with previous version of citrix it was not supported but sort of worked if it was streamed.  I only found articles on people trying it as a streamed application in our xendesktop which i pasted below.      Right now when user tries and IP Commincator crashes after they start to speak on the phone.  The following Application error log is generated:

 I 've tried the below so far to get it to work but no luck.

modified registry edit  hklm\software\wow6432\Ciscosystems, Inc.\Communicator - EnableCDP=0
Client USB device redirection & Client USB Plug and Play device redirection
Audio over UDP real-time transport
Audio quality - Medium
Client Microphone redirection enabled.
Tried different headset with no luck.
updated to IP Communicator 8.6.4.


 The release notes for 8.6.3 & 4 say its not supported but that doesn't necessarily mean it won't work.  Please let me know if you have been able to do this and what special configuration were needed and also what version of IP Communicator.

Cisco IP Communicator not working on Xenapp 7.6 environment, We had a chat with our vendor they said to use the older version of citrix and 7.6 wont support.
