Can not read all functions in Windows API

i have a dll with function to call but some of the functions are not available.
i used depends utility to ensure the functions are in the dll and they are.
but in vs2010 function are not available

The first picture looks like functions of an unmanaged DLL.
The second is from a VB.NET program, which deals with managed code.
That's two distinct worlds. To use an unmanaged DLL in VB, you need to declare the functions you want to import using a Declare statement or the DllImport attribute.
