Mitel phone system caller ID
I have a client running a Mitel 5000 CP VoIP phone system. Currently it is setup so when the employees have their Mitel phones forwarded to their cell phones, the number of the Mitel VoIP phone shows on the caller ID. The owner wants to change this so that the actual calling party number shows as the caller ID. Any suggestions on where/how to fix this?
I know I can engage a Mitel partner, however, most of them are quoting $200-400 to make this one change. My client, though not cheap, feels this is very expensive for a simple change - and I agree.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Thanks!

Can you please provide a copy of the COS that is being used? What version MCD Software are you currently running?

@Tim_Edwards, thanks for your quick reply. I am very new to the VoIP world. Can you please explain what COS and MCD are?
COS is class of restriction, this will be a form inside of the mitel, you may have multiple of these forms depending on what is required. If you go to the users and devices the device tab will show you the COS number assigned to the phone, you should then be able to go back into the COS form and export the settings for that.
MCD is mitel communicator director, which is the software I just need to know what version you are on to help with the location of the forms.

@Tim_Edwards - I don't think I am accessing the system the way you think I am. The way I access the system to setup new users, etc. is via the MSAD - Mitel System Administration and Diagnostics. Can I find the information you are looking or this way?
If you click on about it will show you the release version and the current active software load. To get to COS form it is located under the System Properties, System Feature Settings... you will see the Class of Service Options...
Under the Display Options you will want to change *Originator's Display Update in Call Forwarding/Rerouting* from No to Yes

@Tim_Edwards, I am not finding the information you are directing me to. I have attached two screenshots of the MSAD - does this help at all?

If you go into the Number Plan you should see the Class of Service... can you send me a screen shot on what was programmed in there
