Cluster resource 'File Share Witness (\\hocashub01.daralriyadh.com\DAG.daralriyadh.com)' in clustered service or application 'Cluster Group' failed.

I am receiving following error on the mailbox server, with Event ID 1069 and 1558

Appreciate your help:  I cannot access share witness folder from  dag.daralriyadh.com showing you do not have permission
