Logging a controller of MSA2000

Hi Experts,

I have some issues with my old storage MSA2000.
Sometimes the performance is really bad.
The users complain about long wait time.

When I connect to the controller, sometimes I can connect, sometimes not.
I already have restarted the Management controller several times.

Is it possible some logs for the storage controller ?
Or do you know some issues for this old storage ?
