how do i use CLI when building the dll

hello sir
i know how to build the dll,however i dont know how to use cli in the dll,can you show me a example?i have google for this,however there's few information,any help would be apperciated,i'd like to get a example that consume  a SSL restful service,thanks,im using VS paid version.

you may google for IJW (it just works) which is the ms term for a mixed-code assembly of both managed and unmanaged c++ code.
