I want to know if is possible install Exchange 2010 on Windows Server 2012 essentials

You can't install Exchange 2010 on the same server where you have installed Server Essentials 2012. You'll need to set up a separate server if you want to have Exchange or alternatively go with a cloud-based email service such as Office 365.
