How to get the Attachment Button activated on a Custom Form

Hi Experts,
I am working MS Outlook Form (in Office 2010).  I see that the Attach File button is disabled.  How to enable it?  Please see the picture.

Thank you in advance.

You must have removed the message field from the form.  If that field isn't on the form, then the Attach File button is automatically disabled.  The only way to get it back is to put that field back on the form.

Hi BlueDevilFan,
Thank you for your response.  Which message field you are talking about?

Thank you!
The message body.
I am not using the message body as it is custom form.  Any other idea?
I understand that.  But, without the field on the form the attachment button is going to be unavailable.
In the message field, my signature (like my Name, Phone Number etc.) appears every time I run it.  Is there any way to clear it during run time?  Like I clear TxtBox (propChg.Controls("TextBoxName").Clear.  I tried to clear the message field this way.  But got error.
