hi all

I am looking for a solution for Contract management using SharePoint or other third part solutions which will allow us to integrate SharePoint and SAP.
The Contract management life cycle will look like:

1.  Contract request

2. Authoring

3. Negotiation

4. Approval

5. Negotiate:

6. Sign:

7. Execution
etc

the workflow "wording" may not be a direct mapping to the below solution but the coverage and objective does cover the intent to govern contract management lifecycle, customise and enforce the required workflow policy in accordance to enterprise policy...

A) Dolphin Contract Manager (DCM) - The functionality as below and to highlight the "Autocapture" (separate suite) can help migrate your contract documents saved in Windows file shares to DCM. It goes through the search, extract and loading key milestones, terms and obligations into DCM. However, it did not state explicit support for SAP or Sharepoint 2013 which you may want to enquire further (it stated MOSS 2007 and 2010 platforms – standard editions)

But (A) can be costly in term of client access licence. In fact Sharepoint 2010 it has out of box features such as Content Type, Document Set, Managed Metadata, Approval Workflow..etc but it can be hard pulling all pieces automatically and not without much time and effort. t may be even leveraging on other web parts to beef up functionality  ... not easy though https://store.qipoint.com/All-SharePoint-Products-and-Web-Parts-s/1669.htm

Most has alluded contract management as record management ... Below is another instance with SAP and Sharepoint for such management objective

B) SAP Content Management makes SharePoint content available within the SAP Extended Enterprise Content Management (SAP Extended ECM) application by OpenText.

(overview deck ) http://www.slideshare.net/thomasdemmler/sharepoint-integration-with-sap-extended-ecm-10864688

C) Gimmal solution linking common ECM for SAP and SharePoint which the workflow should have readily templates required. Better to inquire further their sales support etc..

I will go for dolphin software DCM but it is always to see if the public have some sort of assessment as well. See the below stats, the top with higher overall rating are another two below and though DCM is not in the list. Good to explore the below two first.
